CARD 1: (blue)
It is not fearful striving
That brings my spirit rest,
But simply trusting fully
The love within Christ's breast.
For when His Spirit touched me
Unanswered fears were stayed.
And in Christ's calm assurance,
My heart was not afraid.
Inside Card 1:
In your illness, just remember
Someone loving stands close by;
Perfectly He knows your weakness,
Hears your every feeble cry;
And He bears it calmly with you,
Feels your burden and your pain;
God Emmanuel is with us;
Praise His great and holy Name.
Hope you're soon feeling better!
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace,
whose mind is stayed on thee:

CARD 2: (mauve)
Master Weaver, Thine the right,
Thine the art of weaving life:
Warp and woof,
Faith and proof,
Vic'try mixed with strife.

Here weave in some laughter,
And there a shower of tears:
Joy and pain,
Sun and rain,
Gently weave my years.
Inside Card 2:
God made you, He loves you,
He knows what you face;
He'll guard you and guide you
And give you His grace.
Just rest in the knowledge
That He's in control;
He'll work all together
For good to your soul.
May you feel God's presence near!

for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose.

CARD 3: (pink)
Holy Father, rest my spirit
In the shelter of Your love.
Life's arrangements are perplexing.
Shift my thoughts to You above,
Where serene, eternal order
Flows from Your great heart to mine
And I drink with calm assurance
From the Hand that is divine.
Inside Card 3:
As you journey through the shadows
Of the path your God has planned,
May you find sweet peace and comfort
In the hollow of His hand.
He is shielding and protecting;
He is guiding you each day;
May you find in Him a refuge
Every step along the way.

CARD 4: (yellow)
Are With You
The murmured prayer,
The whispered word,
Which no one else
Save God has heard;
